Refuge – Cassie
Beautiful Cassie came to CSTR in 2014 at the tender age of 2 years. She was saved from a puppy mill before they could euthanize her due to behavior issues. Cassie is severely emotionally damaged from her time in the puppy mill, but with time, patience and love she has begun to interact in a limited fashion with CSTR volunteers. We are hopeful that eventually she will be able to be adopted, but until then, she is safe and loved in CSTR’s Refuge program.
Cassie is a healthy girl and so her monthly expenses, in addition to food and treats, are –
