Refuge – Toby

Toby spent 7 years in a Missouri puppy mill before coming to CSTR, and it’s obvious that he was mistreated. He definitely has trust issues and does not like to be handled by people AT ALL. He is safe in CSTR’s Refuge program, though, where he will live out his life in his foster home with the canine companions he finds more comfortable.

Toby is a pretty healthy guy, and so his monthly expenses are minimal –

Heartworm/Flea preventative – $20
