Polo’s Refuge - Dixie

Dixie came to Polo’s Refuge in 2012 at the age of 12 years after being picked up as a stray in Gainesville, FL. She’s a lot of personality packed in a little body, and she rules the roost at Polo’s Refuge!

Dixie was diagnosed with glaucoma and dry eye in 2014 and requires daily medications to control it. Her monthly expenses, in addition to daily food and treats, are as follows -

Glaucoma meds – $35
Dry eye meds – $15
Heartworm/Flea preventative – $20
