Refuge - Leo

Leo is a gorgeous, very shy boy who came to CSTR in 2014. After 8 years in a puppy mill he is nervous and unsure about human touch. At this point, it is unknown if he will ever be considered “adoptable” as he much prefers the companionship of his foster siblings than that to his human foster parent. But that’s OK! CSTR is committed to him regardless of whether or not he will be able to be adopted and will continue to provide him with the best of care, in the meantime.

Leo’s only health issue is limited vision, but it does not require medication so his monthly expenses, in addition to food and treats, are -

Heartworm/Flea preventative – $20
