Refuge - Mac

Mac came to CSTR in 2014 at the age of 13 years. He was surrendered by his owners after having been kept outside in the backyard for a considerable amount of time. Mac has lots of personality but due to an unpredictable tendency to bite is not considered “adoptable” for obvious liability reasons. But that’s OK! CSTR is committed to the dogs in our program, regardless of whether or not they will ever be “adoptable”, and Mac has a home with us for the rest of his life. He is a funny little guy who definitely enjoys living inside now and especially the comforts of a soft bed.

Mac has dry eye and so requires daily eye medications. He also has trouble with arthritis and so takes a joint supplement every day. His monthly expenses, in addition to food and treats, are -
